

About the Role
As an Information Technology (IT) Specialist at Frontec Financial, you’ll provide expert-level support in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and government financial management processes. This role involves high-level systems analysis, integration, documentation, training, and operational support in complex environments.
You’ll contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle, with a focus on planning, analysis, integration, testing, and user training. Your insight will help identify and resolve system challenges, ensure technical accuracy, and support clients in achieving mission-aligned IT and financial outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT or ERP systems experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven leadership, collaboration, and client service abilities

Proficiency in project management and technical documentation

Ability to obtain a government security clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and optimize ERP applications and financial management systems for federal clients

Participate in all software development phases, focusing on planning, testing, integration, and training

Create detailed system documentation, technical reports, charts, and training materials

Deliver expert advice on complex IT challenges and operational improvements

Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals

Provide user support and conduct training sessions for newly implemented systems

Assist with system implementation planning, performance analysis, and issue resolution
