401(k) Retirement Plan
At Frontec, we believe in helping you plan for what’s next. All employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan just 30 days after joining the team. And unlike many companies, you’re fully vested from day one of eligibility—so every dollar you contribute (and every dollar we match) is 100% yours. All Frontec employees are eligible to participate in Frontec’s 401K plan after the first full month.
Example: If an employee starts on January 15, he /she will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401K plan on March 1. Employees are fully vested on their first day of eligibility.
529 College Savings Plan
